Double Balancing Toner

Water, Zinc oxide, Caprylyl methicone, Propylheptyl caprylate, Butyloctyl salicylate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone, Isododecan, Propanediol, Phenyl trimethicone, Vp/eicosene copolymer, Methyl methacrylate crosspolymer, Disteardimonium hectorite, Magnesium sulfate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Polyglyceryl-2 dipolyhydroxystearate, Lauryl polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone, 1,2-hexanediol, Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Caprylyl glycol, Glyceryl caprylate, Xylitol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Butylene glycol, Adansonia digitata fruit extract,  Tocopherol, Houttuynia cordata extract.

1. Apply after cleansing, 
2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads. 
3. Pat gently into the skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with the cotton pad.
